Simply fill out the attached form and submit to us in person, or by facsimile, mail, or you can deposit in our office mail chute after business hours. One of our Licensed Insurance Professionals will process your request immediately during our office hours, then call you to confirm your information to ensure the coverage you have selected is adequate to meet your requirements and complete the transaction. At that point you will receive confirmation that your coverage is in place. In order to finalize this, we ask that you have your Driver's License, current registration, and renewal notice (if any), available when we call.

There is no "qualifying" for this free service. Simply fill out this free form and we will deliver your insurance and "stickers" within the City of Winnipeg, FREE OF CHARGE.
